Nexora Announces Five Outstanding Leaders Named Finalists for CRN’s 2026 Women of the Year Awards

Nexora is celebrating five women leaders from its North American businesses, Almo Pro AV and JAM Industries, who have been named finalists for the 2026 CRN Women of the Year Awards. The finalists represent leadership across marketing, sales, customer engagement and business operations, highlighting the range of talent driving the technology channel forward.

The recognition includes finalists from several categories, including Marketing Executive, Alliance Marketing Executive, Rising Star, Hidden Gem and Role Model of the Year. The winners will be announced at the CRN Women of the Year Gala on December 8, 2026, in New York City.

For the fourth year in a row, the CRN Women of the Year Awards recognize women, companies and allies who demonstrate dedication to advancing the IT channel through leadership and initiatives. Nexora’s CRN Women of the Year finalists represent a broad range of expertise across marketing, sales, customer engagement and business operations:

  • Melissa Bourdon, Director of Digital, JAM Industries: Alliance Marketing Executive of the Year Finalist
  • Jane Tran, VP of Growth Marketing, Almo Pro AV: Marketing Executive of the Year – Vendor or Distributor Finalist
  • Taukia O’Donnell, Director of Bid Operations/Project Management, Almo Pro AV: Hidden Gem of the Year – Vendor or Distributor Finalist
  • Amanda Mecutchen, Director of Customer Marketing, Almo Pro AV: Rising Star of the Year – Vendor or Distributor Finalist
  • Karen Castaño, VP of Hospitality Sales, Almo Pro AV: Role Model of the Year Finalist
