VITEC Launches X View Integrated Displays for Corporate and Meeting Room Signage

VITEC has launched X View, a new range of integrated digital displays designed to simplify corporate and meeting room signage. By combining purpose-built display hardware with its proven Avedia platform, X View removes the need for external media players and extra power supplies. The first model, XV15, offers a clean, centrally managed signage solution that is reliable, always on, and easy for IT teams to deploy and manage at scale.

Designed for modern workplaces, X View supports clear, glanceable information such as meeting room status, corporate announcements, and live data feeds. Integration with Office 365 enables real-time room availability, while PoE support simplifies installation and reduces cable clutter. Visitors can see X View in action at ISE 2026, where it will be showcased as part of VITEC’s broader Avedia ecosystem.

VITEC, a global leader in IPTV, video streaming and digital signage solutions, has announced the launch of its X‑View integrated display range, designed to simplify and enhance corporate communications and meeting room signage. X‑View combines VITEC’s proven Avedia platform technology with purpose-built displays. The first product in the range, XV15, combines purpose‑built display hardware with full compatibility with VITEC’s Avedia platform, delivering a clean, reliable and centrally managed signage solution for meeting rooms, public areas and workplace communications without the complexity of separate external players and power supplies.

The X‑View range consists of integrated displays powered by VITEC’s endpoint technology, effectively embedding an Avedia media player directly inside the screen. Fully integrated with, and managed through, the Avedia platform, the displays offer the same control, monitoring and reliability customers expect from VITEC’s platform-controlled endpoints, supporting long‑term, always‑on operation in corporate environments.

Two display sizes are available: a compact 11.6‑inch model, ideal for installation outside meeting rooms, and a larger 21.5‑inch display suited to broader corporate communications. Typical use cases include meeting room status displays, welcome signage, corporate announcements, event information and live data feeds.

X‑View is optimized for non-interactive signage applications, ensuring focus remains on clear, glanceable information. Integration with Office 365 enables real-time meeting room availability and scheduling information to be displayed, supporting efficient room use and improving the visitor and employee experience. As part of the Avedia platform, the ArtioCreate application enables users to easily create and display customized meeting room signage for engaging and informative content.

Installation is simplified through power-over-ethernet (PoE), removing the need for a separate power cable and helping create cleaner, more discreet installations. The displays also support video playback for dynamic content delivery.
