PlexusAV Showcases Open, Interoperable AV-over-IP Ecosystem at NAB 2026

At NAB Show 2026, PlexusAV is showcasing its expanding ecosystem of open, standards-based AV-over-IP solutions built around IPMX. The company is emphasizing interoperability and flexibility, helping integrators design scalable systems without vendor lock-in. With a strong focus on real-world usability, PlexusAV is demonstrating how IPMX simplifies AV deployments across corporate, education, broadcast, and live event environments.

The showcase includes new IPMX-certified encoders, decoders, and transceivers, along with solutions for bridging traditional AV with IP networks. From high-performance JPEG-XS streaming to cost-efficient H.264/5 options, PlexusAV is addressing diverse project needs. Additional products like gateways, wall plates, USB-C hubs, and management platforms highlight a complete end-to-end AV-over-IP approach designed to improve user experience and streamline system integration.

PlexusAV, the professional AV division of Sencore, providing a suite of human-focused AV-over-IP solutions, will highlight its growing ecosystem of standards-based AV-over-IP solutions at NAB 2026 (Sencore Booth W1933 in the West Hall), demonstrating how open technology and IPMX interoperability are simplifying AV system design. The NAB exhibition takes place at the Las Vegas Convention Centre, 19-22 April.

Built around IPMX, PlexusAV’s portfolio is designed to remove vendor lock-in and give integrators greater flexibility when designing scalable, future-ready AV environments across corporate, education, broadcast and live event applications.

IPMX in Action

Showing for the first time in North America will be the IPMX-certified P-AVN-4E encoder and P-AVN-4D decoder, delivering high-quality, ultra-low latency video over IP for demanding AV environments utilizing JPEG-XS. All three are validated to comply with published IPMX transport, control and interoperability standards.

Also on display, will be the IPMX-certified P-AVN-4 Transceiver, a versatile, high-performance AV-over-IP device capable of both encoding and decoding video, and the P-AVN-2E encoder and P-AVN-2D decoder, which provide efficient H.264/5 streaming options for projects where bandwidth and cost need to be carefully balanced, without compromising performance.

 Bridging AV and IP

PlexusAV continues to make the transition to AV-over-IP more practical with solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing environments. The P-AVN-3-HDBT IPMX Gateway Transceiver – the fourth IPMX-certified product to date – and P-AVN-WP301H wall plate extends HDMI and USB-C connectivity by leveraging HDBaseT 3.0 technology. That technology enables seamless in-room experiences for installations of all sizes and scopes.

Simplifying User Experience

Designed with usability in mind, the P-AVN-CL100 USB-C hub – now shipping – reduces cable clutter and simplifies connectivity in meeting spaces, supporting a cleaner, more intuitive user experience.
