Health is not just a physical wellbeing. Stress can be just as debilitating as any bodily harm. Previous generations might have been known to “grin and bear it”, but now we are much more open to discussing difficulties when it comes to mental health and stress. Even though we have made progress, there is always more to be done.

Today we sit down with Jenn Steinhardt and Carrie Garcia to discuss the different support structures you can have to help one another. We look at balancing priorities between life and work, and what we can do to promote a positive mental outlook in the AV space.
