When it comes to leadership training, XR solutions are a great way of immersing oneself into a role to gain experience in a specific job type. However, it is an uphill battle for some in the tech space. It is still a male-dominated field, and that lack of inclusion can reflect on the certain biases of products. Today, we are joined by the creator of Taara Quest, Luise Frohberg, to discuss the struggles women leaders are facing in this industry.
