It’s Time For CEDIA Expo 2020. This time the show has gone entirely online as CEDIA Expo Virtual September 15-17. Though we are in this virtual setting, we’re still bringing you insight into what is going on during the show. We talk to Owner and President of Pro Audio Technology Paul Hales about the high-end audio dedicated spaces, as well as their new amplified loudspeaker controller.

In 1989, CEDIA was founded by a group of professionals dedicated to innovating the then-fledgling Audiovisual industry. It has since grown from being considered a hobby to one of the largest industries for manufacturers, distributors and integrators on both the commercial and residential side. What started as a show in Amelia Island, FL hosting 500 attendees has become one of the premier venues for showcasing up-and-coming technology for our industry. CEDIA Expo 2020 was scheduled to take place in person in Denver, CO on September 8-12. Since then the COVID-19 pandemic has caused many events including CEDIA to be postponed or cancelled. Instead, CEDIA has worked to bring the show’s experience online as part of CEDIA Expo Virtual taking place September 15-17.
