BenQ Partners With Meeting Room 365

COSTA MESA, Calif. — BenQ, an internationally renowned provider of visual display and collaboration solutions, is partnering with Meeting Room 365. The convenient scheduling and productivity software suite is now natively integrated into BenQ’s corporate large-format displays, including its CP Series DuoBoard interactive displays and CS Series smart presentation displays. The partnership reinforces BenQ’s commitment to meet the present and future enterprise and small- and medium-sized business (SMB) requirements for visual communication and conferencing with applications and tools that create a versatile and comprehensive collaboration hub.

“Meeting rooms are the most dynamic environment of an enterprise, which requires that employees be able to easily and quickly reserve and utilize those spaces. Meeting Room 365 creates a professional and simple way to add room displays to the office and have highly visual confirmation of room status,” said Penny Su, Business Unit Director, Google Jamboard & Enterprise Collaboration Solutions. “This partnership continues our dedication to creating full-service solutions that are integrated with the variety of systems and applications that make ideas come together and businesses run more smoothly and productively.”

By implementing Meeting Room 365, BenQ’s DuoBoard and CS Series now display a weekly meeting schedule, organizer, and subject matter information, allowing users to clearly see room availability and book reservations. Meeting participants can also quickly access Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Exchange, and Google Workspace via Meeting Room 365 integration, enabling corporate users, IT managers, and solution providers to confidently deploy BenQ corporate displays.

“Meeting Room 365 gives you the tools you need to keep your office running smoothly as your company grows,” said James Futhey, CEO of Meeting Room 365. “Displays throughout the office guide your employees to where they need to be. These can be coupled with status boards, maps, and in-room corporate displays from BenQ that work together to make sure employees arrive at meetings on time, and solves common issues with video conferencing, screen sharing, and collaboration.”

BenQ’s corporate large-format displays, including the company’s lineup of award-winning DuoBoard interactive displays and digital signage, provide futuristic visual communication, meeting room automation, and collaborative conferencing. With Meeting Room 365 pre-installed on DuoBoard and CS corporate meeting room displays, the most common tasks conducted in enterprise and SMB conference room installations are now streamlined.
