AVNation’s Rich Fregosa is in Las Vegas on the InfoComm 2022 show floor. Here, he’s back with Brian McClimans, Vice President of Sales in North America and APAC at Peerless-AV. It may be hot outside in Vegas, but the products that Brian is showcasing in the Peerless-AV booth today aren’t bothered in the slightest.
These gorgeous and smart outdoor displays are often used for bars, restaurants, backyards, and other light commercial uses. All three sizes (55, 65, and 75) are stocked and available for shipping today. Peerless-AV has seen a very high rate of satisfaction from their customers with respect to these new models.
Peerless-AV also offers a commercial display line coming in 55″ and 65″, with plans to launch a 75″ model. They work in both portrait and landscape, and they’re designed in such a way that you can watch them wearing sunglasses and still enjoy the full experience. They’re ideal for digital menu boards, cruise ships, stadiums, and more.
These displays are 2500 nit, a noticeable upgrade in brightness. McClimans also tells us about the importance of contrast, which is why Peerless-AV optically bonds the LCD glass to the outer glass. You can’t out-bright the sun, but with this innovation, users can read the display comfortably.
When it comes to temperature, these Peerless-AV displays are designed to run efficiently from -31 degrees to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, making them ideal for any geographic location—including the Rust Belt and the midwest.
For more information on Peerless-AV visit their website here. You can also find them on social media, @PeerlessAV. Follow them for progress on their upcoming factory showroom, where customers will be able to experience these solutions in person.
