InfoComm América Latina is Preparing for its Inaugural Edition with Robust Industry Support and New Exhibitors

InfoComm América Latina, organized by AVIXA, is all set for its first edition in Mexico City from October 22–24, 2025. With over 70% of its exhibition space already booked, the show is seeing strong interest from across the AV integration industry. More than 36 exhibitors are confirmed, including leading names like Shure, Bose Professional, Dante by Audinate, and Meyer Sound (the event’s first sponsor). Attendees will get hands-on experience with the latest AV tech, join live demos, and benefit from dedicated training sessions.

To make participation easier, AVIXA has launched a new bilingual website with tools for exhibitors and visitors. Companies can join the event with or without a booth through various sponsorship or content opportunities. InfoComm América Latina is shaping up to be a major networking and learning hub for AV and IT professionals in Latin America.

AVIXA (Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association) offers an update on the progress of confirmed exhibitors and communication tools for InfoComm América Latina, the audiovisual integration industry technology trade show whose first edition will take place in Mexico City from October 22 to 24, 2025, at the WTC International Convention and Exhibition Center. At this show, attendees can explore the latest trends and solutions in audiovisual technology, participate in product demonstrations, enhance their knowledge through the training program, and network with professionals from various companies to create new business opportunities.

Over 70% of the exhibition space has already been booked
“We have received an excellent response from companies in the sector, reflecting a high level of interest in participating in InfoComm América Latina. This allows us to maintain very positive forecasts regarding space sales,” said Rodrigo Casassus Coke, CTS, Director of Development at AVIXA for Latin America. “Six months before the inaugural show, over 70% of confirmations on the exhibition floor have been completed, covering an area of 2,263 square meters. This indicates a strong state of the local and regional industry.”

The new group of confirmed exhibitors includes thirteen companies, comprising manufacturers, distributors, integrators of technological products and solutions, and service providers. The confirmed exhibitors are Advanced Networks, Dante by Audinate, Bose Professional, Deneva, Hikvision, Hunan Yestech, Kommander, Kramer Electronics, Rentman, Shure, Studio Led, and Lapshop, which features brands like 4 The Wall, Tigermeeting, and Ommasign. Additionally, Navits will showcase audio products from Taiden.

These companies join the initial exhibitors announced last December, bringing the total number of confirmed exhibitors to 36 as of April 23, 2025.

“Our fair also provides participation options for companies and organizations that prefer not to have an exhibition space,” explained Ricardo Ramos, AVIXA’s Commercial Manager for Latin America. “We offer various sponsorship options and opportunities for participation in activities and content, with extensive information on our website. We are pleased to announce that Meyer Sound, the audio systems manufacturer, is the first sponsor of InfoComm América Latina.”

Demos Rooms and Manufacturer’s Training
The demo rooms are designed to showcase an appealing range of audio solutions through convenient sessions for fixed installation systems and live events. Featuring manufacturers like Bose Professional, L-Acoustics, Meyer Sound, and the brands distributed by Representaciones de Audio, the demo sessions promise an excellent experience for attendees.

Additionally, Dante by Audinate is the first company to confirm its participation by offering a manufacturer’s training program within the AVIXA educational spaces.

New website and social media
The InfoComm América Latina website, available in Spanish and English, offers all the relevant information about the show, with dedicated sections for visitors and exhibitors. Those interested in learning more can sign up to receive the latest news, catch up on industry updates through the news section, check for updates on the exhibitor floor plan, and stay informed about the publication of the activity program.

Companies and organizations looking to explore participation options can find contact information for the sales and marketing team, along with details on booking spaces, training sessions, and sponsorship opportunities.

Confirmed exhibitors have access to the resource center, where they can manage all aspects of their participation, receive assistance from the organizing team, and communicate with service providers at the exhibition center.
