Legrand Highlights Complete Room Solutions at InfoComm 2026

At InfoComm 2026, Legrand shifted the conversation away from individual products and toward the broader role technology plays in creating functional spaces. Speaking with AVNation’s Tim Albright, Kevin Olson discussed how the company is bringing together multiple technologies to support classrooms, conference rooms, retail environments, and government facilities.

Legrand’s booth theme, “Where Solutions Live,” focused on demonstrating how different technologies work together inside real-world environments. Olson described the company as “the glue that makes a room work,” emphasizing the importance of connecting multiple elements that users depend on every day.

Rather than leading with product specifications, Legrand is focusing on how customers use spaces. Olson noted that end users are less concerned about individual products and more interested in creating rooms that function effectively. That approach includes everything from cabling and mounting solutions to acoustics and infrastructure components.

Among the technologies highlighted at the show was Legrand’s acoustic treatment portfolio. The company demonstrated wall and ceiling acoustic solutions in a dedicated quiet area within its booth, providing attendees with a firsthand example of how acoustic treatments can improve room performance even in a noisy trade show environment.

Olson also pointed to several products generating interest during the event. On the Vaddio side of the business, the Speaker View solution uses automation to frame active speakers in classrooms and conference rooms. Legrand also showcased its direct-view LED mounting systems, including a credenza-based mounting solution designed to support direct-view LED displays through a floor-supported structure.
