Midwich Group has launched Consultant Connect, a new global online portal unveiled at ISE 2026 in Barcelona. The platform is designed to give AV consultants a single, easy-to-use space to access product updates, technical documents, schematics, training, and industry events, helping them work more efficiently from early design stages through to project delivery.
The launch reflects Midwich Group’s commitment to supporting collaboration across the AV ecosystem, even though it does not sell directly to consultants. By simplifying access to trusted information and fostering stronger connections between consultants, vendors, integrators, and end users, Consultant Connect aims to empower consultants and ultimately strengthen AV projects worldwide.
Midwich Group, a global network of technology distributors, has launched Consultant Connect, its new global consultant portal during ISE 2026, reinforcing its commitment to supporting and connecting the worldwide AV community.
The portal was officially unveiled at an exclusive event held on Monday 2 February 2026 at El Xalet de Montjuïc, Barcelona, attended by more than 80 consultants from around the world.
Created to streamline access to critical technical and industry information, Consultant Connect provides a unified platform for consultants, vendors, integrators and end users, bringing together resources including product news, technical documentation, schematics, training opportunities and events – all curated to support consultants from early-stage design through to project delivery.
While Midwich Group does not sell directly to consultants, the launch of the portal reinforces the Group’s role in supporting and partnering with its customers and channel partners to connect information and expertise, enabling stronger collaboration across the AV ecosystem.
Stephen Fenby, Midwich Group CEO, said:
“Consultants play a pivotal role in shaping successful AV projects, yet historically they have needed to navigate fragmented sources of information and disconnected networks. Consultant Connect is our response to that challenge – a single, trusted space that supports consultants with the insights, resources and connections they need to deliver impactful outcomes across the AV ecosystem.”
The launch event also featured a programme of thought-provoking content exploring the future of AV, including:
- Partner Presentation: “Beyond Borders: Designing Connected Campuses That Deliver Experiences Anywhere” by Joe Way of UCLA and HETMA, exploring how connected technologies are redefining experience-led design.
- Panel Discussion: “Shaping Tomorrow’s AV Landscape”, moderated by Midwich Group’s Middle Eastern technical director Peter Herring, with panellists Laurent Masia, senior director of product line management at Netgear; Giorgio Devecchi, founder and managing partner at Vita Events; and Stéphane Tremblay, president of the SDVoE Alliance.
- Midwich Ignite: Insights from Midwich Group’s investment arm, highlighting how targeted investment is helping shape the future of AV innovation.
Dino Drimakis, director – strategic development MESEA at Midwich Group, said:
“Consultant Connect is a bold and necessary step in connecting all stakeholders across the AV ecosystem. Consultants play a critical role in shaping the customer journey, and this platform equips them with the right tools to support and empower their work. Designed to simplify access, remove friction, and support projects more effectively, Consultant Connect reinforces our belief that when consultants are empowered, the entire industry benefits.”
With the introduction of Consultant Connect, Midwich Group continues to invest in initiatives that empower consultants, foster collaboration and support the evolution of the AV industry globally.
As part of its mission to take technology further, bring people together and enable tomorrow, Midwich Group invites integrators, consultants and channel partners to visit Hall 3, Stand 3P700 to learn more about Consultant Connect and meet the team.
