At InfoComm 2026, Sony showcases new display technologies designed to make Direct View LED (dvLED) solutions more accessible for enterprise customers. Speaking with AVNation’s Tim Albright, Jason Metcalfe highlighted the company’s latest Crystal LED developments, a new all-in-one display offering, and a growing focus on corporate virtual production environments.
One of the key introductions was the new Crystal LED S Series, making its public debut at the show. According to Metcalfe, the S Series is designed specifically for enterprise deployments, bringing Sony’s established image quality and performance to a broader range of organizations. The product delivers approximately a 50% price reduction compared to the company’s flagship Crystal LED CH and BH series displays, helping make dvLED technology more attainable across larger facilities and campuses.
While Sony’s premium CH Series remains focused on maximum brightness and precise image control, the S Series targets enterprise applications with 800-nit brightness and an anti-reflective coating. The design allows the display to perform effectively in high-ambient-light environments such as lobbies and corporate spaces while maintaining contrast and black levels.
Sony also showcased its first all-in-one LED solution, called UNIFY. The 135-inch display combines Sony image processing technology with a simplified installation approach, offering customers an easier path to deploying large-format LED displays in meeting and collaboration spaces.
Beyond displays, Sony demonstrated a corporate-focused virtual production environment created alongside partners including Forte, Vu Studios, Original Syndicate, Megapixel, and Aperture Lighting. The solution is designed for office environments with standard ceiling heights and simplified operation. Sony paired its Capri LED wall with an Alpha camera system to show how organizations can bring virtual production capabilities into corporate communications and content creation workflows.
