    Absen will showcase its latest professional LED display technologies at LDI 2025, presenting four key series: Saturn, Polaris, Jupiter Pro and Neptune Pro. These solutions are built to meet the needs of live events, touring, broadcast, and corporate environments, offering improved brightness, flexibility, and durability. With lightweight builds, high refresh rates and smart engineering, Absen’s new lineup makes setup faster and visual performance more reliable.

    The Saturn Series offers creative freedom with flat, curved and flexible configurations, while the Polaris PL3.9 Pro V3 provides strong outdoor performance with advanced protection features. For large-scale productions, the Jupiter Pro Series delivers high brightness and adjustable transparency, and the Neptune Pro Series brings cinema-level image quality for corporate and xR applications. Absen will display all these innovations at booth 4808 during LDI 2025 in Las Vegas.

    Absen Inc., the US subsidiary of Absen, the internationally acclaimed innovator in LED display technology, will showcase four professional-grade product series, including the Saturn Series, Polaris Series, Jupiter Pro Series and Neptune Pro Series, at LDI 2025, from December 7–9, 2025, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

    The Saturn (SA) Series, including SA panels, SA-B cube panels and SA-C flexible displays, delivers exceptional visual performance with brightness up to 1,500 nits, 16-bit grayscale, and a 7,680Hz refresh rate. Each SA 39.4-by-19.7-inch lightweight composite panel weighs about 3.9 pounds per square foot and supports flexible installation configurations, with a maximum height of 33 feet for hanging and 16 feet for stacking. The SA panel features fast locking mechanisms, front and rear serviceability, and interchangeable modules and power boxes to streamline setup and reduce maintenance costs. Adjustable angle configurations, ranging from -2.5° to +2.5°, allow for flat, curved or ceilinginstallations, making the SA panel ideal for dynamic rental environments.

    The Saturn-B (SA-B) cube panel enables instant 90-degree L-shaped connections tool-free with its quick-release locking system. This flexible system allows rapid transformation from seamless corners to stunning cube displays, all while maintaining perfect alignment. The Saturn-C (SA-C) flexible displays enhance creative freedom with a precision gear transmission mechanism, allowing easy adjustments of each panel from -30-degree to +30-degree in 1.25-degree increments. This enables the effortless creation of seamless curves, S-shapes, and cylinders starting from a 1.91-meter diameter (12 panels). When paired with SA panels, these displays open up even more possibilities for innovative stage design.

    Engineered for both indoor and outdoor use, the PL3.9 Pro V3 features a 3.9-millimeter pixel pitch and a dynamic brightness range of 0.1 to 5,000 nits. PL3.9 Pro V3’s die-casting magnesium cabinet offers high strength with tool-free rear maintenance. The PL3.9 Pro V3 features corner shields, safety ropes and an automatic edge protection system, providing improved handling and reliability. Compatible with both Brompton and NovaStar systems, and with the matching accessories, it supports up to 66-feet hanging installations rated to Beaufort 8 wind resistance, backed by integrated wind-bracing and dolly systems optimized for touring and event logistics.

    Designed for fast setup and large-scale productions, the Jupiter Pro (JP Pro) Series combines lightweight construction with robust engineering. The JP8 Pro offers 50% transparency and 5,000-nit brightness for outdoor staging, while the JP5 Pro delivers a 5,000-nit, true black LED display with an 8,500:1 contrast ratio. The JP8 Pro’s panels feature advanced locking systems, precise curvature adjustments from -10° convex to +15° concave and structural resilience for installations up to 79 feet in height.  The JP8 Pro supports flexible rigging, stacking and wind-bracing configurations suited for concert and touring applications.

    The Neptune Pro (NT Pro) Series is tailored for corporate events, exhibitions, and broadcast environments. Constructed with magnesium-aluminum alloy, each 19.7-by-39.4-inch panel weighs 22 pounds, reducing overall system weight by 24%. With IMD 2-in-1 technology and 13 kilograms-force (about 29 pounds-force) thrust tolerance, the NT2.6 Pro V2enhances durability and impact resistance. The display delivers a 7,680Hz refresh rate, 16-bit grayscale and 94% DCI-P3 color gamut (NT2.6 Pro V2) for cinema-quality visuals. The NT Pro Series’ anti-collision design and modular structure enable quick installation and creative configurations, including curved, cube and xR stage applications.

    Philips LED continues to drive new experiences at Red Bull Technology Campus and Oracle Red Bull Racing’s MK-7 with new custom designed outdoor installations

    PPDS, the exclusive global provider of Philips Professional Displays and complementary solutions, is excited to announce its latest partner driven collaboration with Oracle Red Bull Racing, with the installation of two fully tailored all weather dvLED displays at the Formula One™ giant’s global headquarters in Milton Keynes.

    Continuing a series of transformational projects driven by Oracle Red Bull Racing with Philips Professional Displays – exclusive digital display supplier and Team Partner – this new collaboration takes the power and sustainability benefits of the Philips LED range at the Red Bull Technology Campus outside for the first time.

    Occupying more than 700,000 square feet, the campus is a place where ideas and innovations come to life – home to Oracle Red Bull Racing, Red Bull Ford Powertrains, the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls team, and the MK-7 event venue, which recently also saw the installation of a record breaking 46.25m wide Philips LED wall, as well as a range of Philips signage and interactive displays.

    This makes the Campus a daily hotbed of activity, welcoming visitors from around the world – from celebrities to fans, engineers and employees – with the majority passing through its main entrance by vehicle.

    Driving forward

    Following installations of digital signage, interactive touch screens, and dvLED displays within the MK-7 event space and the Oracle Red Bull Racing offices, the team turned its attention to welcoming and

    directing visitors upon entering the campus, replacing existing signage with a new digitised and connected display solution. Security and high brightness were a must.

    Following multiple site visits and consultations, the P2.4 Philips Public LED 7000 Series displays were selected to be positioned after vehicles passed through the security barrier at the Campus, as well as at the main entrance to MK-7.

    With Milton Keynes averaging over 730mm of rain annually, protecting the displays was essential – with PPDS teaming up with Netherlands based specialist, VEBO Digital Signage Solutions, to build custom designed protective casings. The cabinets, standing nearly 3m tall, are embossed with Oracle Red Bull Racing branding and are built to withstand whatever weather Mother Nature provides.

    An IP30 rating and conformal coating ensure additional protection against any moisture or pollutants.

    Perfectly handling

    Crucial to the project’s success, and among the many reasons for the Philips Public LED 7000 Series being the outstanding choice to meet the team’s ambitions, was the ability to deliver stunning high brightness, quality resolution, and advanced colours and contrast to accurately showcase the Oracle Red Bull Racing brand and its campaigns, perfectly visible in any lighting condition.

    Providing a personal touch, content can be created, scheduled and changed effortlessly to suit the occasion – such as welcoming special guests, partners and for corporate events – via Novastar controllers and DS Templates CMS.

    The project also meets Oracle Red Bull Racing’s uncompromising strategy around sustainability, with the Philips Public LED 7000 Series designed to deliver dynamic power savings, helping to reduce environmental impact and total cost of ownership.

    In keeping with the fast pace of F1, the Philips Public LED 7000 Series also offers active health monitoring and has been designed to make maintenance fast, predictable, and simple – just like a pitstop.

    The Tatnall School elevates learning with LG Commercial Display Technology

    Committed to inspiring “the joyful pursuit of excellence,” The Tatnall School in Wilmington, Delaware, has taken a bold step forward in enhancing learning and communication across its 100-acre campus. With approximately 525 students and 100 faculty members, the independent coeducational school recently standardized on LG CreateBoard interactive displays and other LG digital signage solutions to create a more cohesive, future-ready environment for education and engagement.

    The school comprises four academic divisions – early childhood (2-year-olds through PK4), lower school (K-5), middle school (6-8), and upper school (9-12) – spread across three main academic buildings and a performing arts center built in 2007. When stakeholders decided to upgrade and expand upon the school’s display technology offering, they sought a partner with extensive education technology experience and a broad range of proven solutions. They turned to LG Electronics, investing in a comprehensive suite of interactive white boards and other advanced digital display solutions across all academic divisions.

    Today, 86-, 75- and 65-inch LG CreateBoards are deployed throughout the school’s lower, middle, and upper schools. The LG CreateBoards support interactive, student-centered learning by accommodating diverse learning styles and encouraging real-time feedback and collaboration. With additional displays on order, Tatnall plans to fully standardize the LG CreateBoard experience across all classrooms, enhancing consistency and ease of use. Powered by the popular Android 13™ operating system built-in, and fully compatible with ChromeOS™ and Windows®, the LG CreateBoards deliver rich, flexible classroom experiences that have significantly improved the efficiency of note-taking and information sharing, according to Simmons. Tools like LG CreateBoard Lab and LG CreateBoard Share allow for intuitive lesson creation, collaborative screen sharing, and seamless integration with Google Workspace.

    “We already had a selection of old, non-networked ‘smart boards’ throughout campus, but I was very aware that, useful as they were, they weren’t going to meet the needs of our current learning groups going forward, let alone any future additions,” explained Ensign Simmons, Director of Innovation and Technology and Interim Head of the Middle School.

    “We needed a cutting-edge interactive digital signage solution that offered full functionality for students and teaching staff alike. That meant compatibility with Google and Microsoft, network capability and security and full flexibility with regard to available screen sizes. In addition, it was essential that we had a clear path forward for any future upgrades, from a manufacturer that could also provide other forms of digital signage as needed, and a reputation for excellent after sales service. LG’s CreateBoard was the obvious choice: the perfect solution from a manufacturer that cares as much about education as we do,” he emphasized.

    Beyond the classroom, the school has also installed LG digital signage displays ranging from 22 to 75 inches, all managed through the LG SuperSign content management system. Strategically placed in offices, lobbies and high-traffic areas, these displays provide a unified communication platform for students, faculty, and visitors.

    A highlight of the rollout is a 2×2 transparent OLED video wall – built with LG 55EW5G-V panels—at the library entrance. The display serves both functional and branding purposes, presenting dynamic content such as student achievements, admissions info, and event highlights, while offering a clear view into the space behind. Embedded QR codes enable real-time interaction with campus resources.

    “It’s the brightest way to say welcome,” Simmons said. “For prospective families touring campus, the LG Transparent OLED wall is a striking, high-impact introduction to the Tatnall community.” The benefit to the school of all this interactive technology extends beyond convenience. It supports active learning through immediate feedback, fosters student collaboration, and accommodates multiple learning styles—visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. With students increasingly accustomed to digital platforms, the technology helps to improve engagement, retention, and comprehension.

    While formal studies on learning outcomes are still pending, feedback from faculty and families, and Simmons’ own dual perspective as a teacher and parent indicates a clear improvement in engagement and communication.
