    Miri Technologies has partnered with Midwich to distribute its networking and live production solutions across the United States and Canada. The agreement expands the availability of Miri’s award-winning X510 dual-cellular bonding router and V410 4K encoder/decoder, helping channel partners deliver reliable connectivity and high-quality live video workflows for broadcast, AV, and enterprise applications.

    The partnership strengthens Miri’s presence in North America while giving Midwich’s reseller and integrator network access to advanced connectivity and streaming technologies. Both companies see the collaboration as an opportunity to support growing demand for resilient internet connectivity, remote production, live streaming, and AV-over-IP solutions across the commercial AV and media industries.

    Miri Technologies Inc. has expanded the global reach and availability of its award-winning products with the signing of a new distribution partnership for the United States and Canada with Midwich in the US. The agreement reinforces Miri’s channel partnership strategy for meeting the rapidly growing demand for the  X510 dual-cellular bonding router and the new V410 4K live encoder/decoder in the world’s largest commercial market.

    The Miri X510 router enables resilient internet connectivity anywhere by forging multiple wired and wireless links — including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G and satellite — together to overcome speed limitations and withstand network disruptions even in challenging environments. Powered by Speedify channel bonding technology from Connectify, Inc., the X510 bolsters internet connectivity for any type of data and supports use cases ranging from live streaming and remote broadcast contribution to trade shows and disaster response.

    Designed for exceptional usability, the versatile Miri V410 live 4K encoder/decoder combines intuitive interfaces with rich functionality, robust connectivity and flexible format support for live streaming, IP-based production and AV-over-IP distribution. It can encode one 4K Ultra HD output at 60FPS or two simultaneous QHD (2560×1440) channels, and can also transcode from NDI® sources to streaming formats. As a decoder, the device can decode two 4K Ultra HD streams concurrently from most supported source formats.

    Both products have been honored with NAB Show “Product of the Year” awards and TV Tech “Best of Show” awards — the X510 in 2025, and the V410 at this year’s event.

    Legrand | AV has announced that the C2G.com website will officially move to LegrandAV.com starting December 5, 2025. This migration brings C2G’s entire product catalog, technical information, and support tools into a single, unified platform, making it easier for customers to search products, access resources, and manage orders through the Legrand | AV ecosystem.

    Customers who buy directly from C2G.com will still enjoy the same functionality and support on LegrandAV.com, including part-number search, MyAccount tools, and warranty help. All existing orders will continue without interruption, and no customer data will be transferred, ensuring privacy and secure account setup. Legrand | AV will also keep partners and customers updated throughout the transition.

    C2G, a brand of Legrand, today announced that the C2G.com website will officially migrate to LegrandAV.com, marking a strategic step in aligning the C2G brand more closely with the broader Legrand | AV portfolio. Beginning on December 5, 2025, all traffic to C2G.com will automatically redirect to a dedicated C2G product destination at www.legrandav.com/products/c2g, where customers will continue to access the full C2G catalog, product information, warranty details, and technical resources.

Customers without a Legrand | AV account may continue purchasing through trusted channel partners, which will all remain fully supported purchasing paths.

    All existing orders placed before December 5 will be processed normally, and customer service, technical support, and warranty assistance will continue without interruption. Customers will still receive the same high-quality service from the same support teams they rely on today, including dedicated contact channels for order questions, technical needs, and after-sales support.

    Legrand | AV will continue to update customers and partners through email communications, ensuring clarity around purchasing options, MyAccount portal access, and support resources. No customer account data will be transferred from C2G.com, ensuring privacy and fresh control of user credentials as customers create or use MyAccount portal profiles directly on LegrandAV.com.

    Miri Technologies is unveiling its new miriOS™ software platform and upgraded X510 bonding router at the NAB Show New York. The new miriOS, built on OpenWrt and powered by Speedify bonding technology, delivers reliable, fault-tolerant internet connectivity by merging multiple networks such as Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G, and Starlink. It’s designed to ensure seamless connectivity even in challenging environments, catering to professionals, small businesses, and mobile users alike.

    Alongside miriOS, Miri is rolling out key updates to its X510 router, adding features like Load Balancing mode, Speedify’s Performance-Enhancing Proxy (PEP), and improved jitter control for live streaming and broadcast. The company has also launched a beta testing program for miriOS on its X510 and the GL.iNet Beryl AX router, offering users early access to resilient internet performance before the full release next year.

    Introducing miriOS

    Based on the OpenWrt framework and featuring built-in Speedify technology, miriOS provides a powerful foundation for reliable internet connectivity on Miri’s own hardware solutions as well as select third-party routers. In addition to enabling new functionality in future updates to Miri’s flagship X510 bonding router, the launch of miriOS also brings the company’s fault-tolerant connectivity to third-party hardware for the first time — starting with the popular GL.iNet Beryl AX (GL-MT3000) travel router.

    The combination of miriOS with the GL.iNet Beryl AX is ideal for on-the-go internet users who need reliable connectivity but don’t require the robust hardware capabilities or large number of contributing links of the purpose-built Miri X510. miriOS allows users to bond, load balance or automatically switch between the Beryl AX’s Ethernet, Wi-Fi and USB-tethered mobile internet connections.

    “Our Miri X510 hardware is the ultimate bonding solution for mission-critical professional applications, but there are also huge numbers of consumers and small businesses who want resilient internet but with less extensive hardware needs,” said Ryan Brenneman, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Miri Technologies. “miriOS for the GL.iNet Beryl AX router offers a cost-effective entry point for our fault-tolerant reliability and rich feature set, and we’re excited to get user feedback on it as we open up beta testing.”

    Miri is now starting beta testing of miriOS, with full release expected early next year. Users can apply to beta test miriOS on their own Miri X510 or GL.iNet Beryl AX at www.miri.tech/beta. A Speedify router license is required. New beta testers of miriOS on the Beryl AX will receive a free 90-day license, after which they must subscribe to a Speedify plan. Miri X510 owners can use their existing Speedify subscription plan with the miriOS beta.

    New X510 Features

    Many of the powerful new features in miriOS will also be made available even sooner for the X510 router through a firmware update in advance of the miriOS release. The Miri X510 can bond up to seven direct connections (including integrated 5G and 4G modems; Ethernet; Wi-Fi; and optional external USB modems) plus data connections from up to 20 mobile devices via Speedify’s Pair & Share function.

    miriOS and the new X510 firmware add a new Load Balancing mode as a user-selectable alternative to the existing Bonding mode. While Bonding mode combines multiple internet connections into one high-performance virtual tunnel for maximum uninterrupted resilience, the new Load Balancing mode uses multiple links for extra bandwidth and for instant failover if a connection fails, but without sending traffic through a bonding server.

    Speedify’s new Performance-Enhancing Proxy (PEP) further improves data transport speeds on varying connections by overcoming limitations inherent in the standard TCP network protocol to increase throughput. Meanwhile, for live streaming and broadcast contribution, expanded tools for handling network jitter improve stream stability by overcoming inconsistent packet latency. As one example, this is valuable for streaming to unforgiving target platforms using the legacy RTMP protocol, which lacks the robustness of newer protocols such as SRT.

    Additional updates include easier access management for websites that block bonded or VPN-encrypted connections, new subscription plan options; and enhancements to the X510’s intuitive, browser-based user interface.
