Logitech and Extron Team to Deliver an Exceptional Skype for Business Experience

Anaheim, California (February 1, 2018) – Extron today announced that it has joined the Logitech Collaboration Program (LCP) as an Integration partner in the program’s Complementary Technology Provider track. The LCP provides a unique framework for delivering high-quality video collaboration experiences within modern meeting spaces. Through the Logitech Collaboration Program, Extron delivers an integrated, exceptional user experience, as validated by the Logitech Software Reference Kit – SRK. This means that customers who purchase Logitech collaboration products, along with a product or service from Extron will receive a solution that is optimized for groups to collaborate anytime and anywhere. Any room with a Logitech SmartDock is equipped to utilize Extron’s powerful AV control capabilities, delivering a turn-key collaboration and control solution that’s ideal for any presentation application.
“As a leader in configuration based room controls, Extron is excited to extend those capabilities through the Logitech Collaboration Program” says Casey Hall, Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Extron. “Customers are now able to seamlessly control cameras, as well as integrate room, lighting, and environmental controls all from the Logitech SmartDock.”
“We are pleased that Extron has joined our program” said Scott Wharton, general manager of Logitech’s video collaboration group. “By closely collaborating with Extron, we are able to offer a better user experience to our joint customers.”
