Managed services and support from AVI-SPL globally

We sat down with Chris Bottger, VP of Services at AVI-SPL, to discuss AV services and support on a global level. Bottger talks about how to get to the problem the client is trying to solve with managed services. Sometimes, according to Bottger, it isn’t a managed services solution but automation or other solutions.
