Sandi Stambaugh of Synnex told AV Nation’s Lindsey Adler that at InfoComm 19, Synnex is showcasing a range of solutions designed to give integrators a subscription based model they can pass along to customers. The services allow integrators to understand the business model behind AVaaS by incorporating a number of services and bill monthly. Additionally, SYNNEX boasts an extensive line card of IT peripherals, IT systems and servers, system components, software, communication and security equipment, consumer electronics, software products, and other complementary products and services from our vendor partners.
Stambaugh also talked about how integrators are using the self-service portal that allows them to build their own quote. With a complex project this can really help to speed up the quoting process. Partners are providing feedback as to what kinds of manufacturer partners they want to include on the Synnex platform. SYNNEX builds value into transactions by providing customers with complete solutions and the necessary pre- and post-sale support to successfully compete for and win business.
