Brandon Heinz joins Tim Albright in AV Nation’s ISE Studio to discuss what Renkus-Heinz is showcasing on the show floor.
Renkus-Heinz is showcasing IC Live X and the new DC 12/2, new digitally steerable arrays that are part of the company’s directivity control series. Heinz hopes to show the world that digitally steerable arrays aren’t difficult or confusing to use.
Heinz notes that the company has simplified both the hardware and software workflow to reduce the margin of errors that endusers might encounter and reduce the time and effort on the part of integrators to work with the systems.
Heinz also lays out the specification process for the arrays — consultation and design customization — and the challenges of speaker placement, audio and networking.
