AV HERO launches new website to enhance the customer experience

It has been nearly one year since the AV HERO platform was launched. Since that time the company has seen tremendous growth in unexpected ways. AV HERO is now the largest network of audiovisual experts in the United States, servicing businesses, residences, integrators, manufacturers and distributors.

As the company has grown and its influence has expanded, there was a need to enhance the experience for the broad spectrum of customers using the platform. In late 2020 a decision was made to engage Superxox, a branding and digital marketing agency out of Minneapolis, to redesign and expand the entire front end experience.

“We want to make sure that everyone understands exactly what AV HERO is. Bringing greater clarity to our company was worth the time and investment required to make it happen. We believe that once people understand how the platform works and how we can help them, AV HERO will be the obvious choice for audiovisual services throughout the United States and beyond,” says John Day, Founder and CEO.

The new website provides clear explanation of the process of “calling” a HERO, the different types of services that AV HERO offers and describes exactly what customers should expect when using AV HERO. There is a short, animated explainer video included, an expanded FAQ section and the ability for a customer to discover if there are HEROES in their area.
