Lightware Visual Engineering announces partnership with Cisco Solutions Plus program to simplify meeting room control devices. The leading manufacturer of connectivity solutions provides a flexible and seamless user experience across room types. Lightware has a well-known presence within the live event space as the standard for concerts and arenas.
Vice President of Lightware Steven Samson says both Lightware and Cisco engineers have looking to create a simpler user experience. “We are replacing legacy control systems with a solution that is configured, rather than programmed,” Samson said.
Lightware simplified the process of expanding and controlling Cisco Webex Room devices by providing a pre-configured appliance. Users can expand the number of inputs and outputs of a system while encouraging them to control the entire solution via Cisco Touch10 and Webex Room Navigator.
Lightware and Cisco engineered configured packages designed for small to large meeting spaces. Lightware has also created bring-your-own-device packages to add camera sharing abilities. Additionally, Lightware’s configurator software simplifies room customization while providing a consistent workflow for the end-user.
