IHG Hotels and Resorts becomes the first global hotel company to partner with Josh.ai. The hotel company has designed a guest room of the future featuring Josh.ai technology for the Kimpton Rowan Hotel in Palm Springs, CA.

Josh.ai software allows for natural language processing, understanding multiple requests in one command. Josh.ai also promises the privacy of their customer’s information in all living spaces.
