AVNation’s Rich Fregosa is back with another interview from InfoComm 2022 in Las Vegas, this time with Brad Hintze, Crestron’s Executive Vice President of Marketing. Brad and his coworkers are very excited to be back, not only to see their large team in person, but also to connect with their partners and customers on a more human level.

Crestron has launched a number of intelligent video products since the last in-person InfoComm event, and users at the show and around the globe are more than ready to try them out. Crestron has been focused on the meeting room space for more than fifty years, and as businesses continue to transition into a more hybrid working model, Brad explains a few of the countless reasons why they need intelligent cameras to keep users engaged in meetings no matter where they are. In addition to encouraging participation, their multi-camera angle innovations improve meeting equity—this way, every member of the team has the access and opportunities they need to contribute to any project or discussion.

In the past year, Crestron has observed the need for this more sophisticated meeting technology, leading them to acquire relevant domains that both set the company up for the future as well as fit into the overall company ecosystem. They are investing heavily into the hardware and software that best facilitates remote and hybrid video collaboration for partners, customers, and individual users alike. Their Sightline experience booth at InfoComm 2022 gives visitors the option to explore both the in-person and remote end-user view of their tech portfolio, engaging those on both ends of the hybrid working model.

We’ll have more coverage of Crestron and other integrators coming up as the event continues. Read more about InfoComm 2022 here.
