PPDS continues recruitment drive with appointment of Kristen O’Connor as new Sales Operations Manager for North America

As the world celebrates International Women’s Day, PPDS, the exclusive global provider of Philips digital signage, interactive displays, direct view LED and professional TVs, is delighted to announce the appointment of experienced AV sales specialist, Kristen O’Connor, to its North America management team.

Part of an accelerated recruitment drive to increase staff numbers by 50 percent in North America this year, and adding even greater specialist knowledge and expertise across all departments and for specific verticals, Kristen O’Connor joins as PPDS’ new Sales Operations Manager, NA.

Based in Oregon, and with a career entering its twelfth successful year, Kristen is an established and highly respected member of the AV industry and community, having held a series of leadership roles at some of the world’s most established innovative technology companies.

Reporting to Joe King, VP Hospitality at PPDS, Kristen’s role covers a broad range of important responsibilities, as PPDS continues to drive growth across its ever-evolving product and supporting solutions portfolio. These include, but are not limited to, driving revenue, providing data-driven insights, pipeline development, management and forecasting, performance metric analysis, and sales process optimization. In addition, Kristen will also be providing sales data management, communication, and tools administration to ensure increased efficiency and productivity, while helping to improve the sales onboarding process and provide ongoing training on sales tools.
