MSolutions, the provider of HDBaseT & HDMI test, multimedia, and switching solutions since 2016, offers high-quality systems that make HDBaseT media networks easier to install, stable, and enjoyable for end users.
MSolutions has introduced the MS-210WP, a new 4K KVM extender set designed for reliable transfer of uncompressed HDMI and USB signals between client and host machines. The set includes an ultra-compact wallplate transmitter that reduces the profile of the wallplate solution for easier installation, featuring two USB 2.0 channels for KVM connectivity and supporting various HDMI audio formats.
The MS-210WP addresses the need for high-quality signal extension solutions in AV installations, particularly in meeting and learning spaces where a slimmer and lighter design is preferred by integrators and tech managers. The reduced depth of the transmitter simplifies installation and provides greater flexibility, enhancing the overall user experience.
MSolutions, a leading supplier of AV test devices and collaboration solutions, introduces a new 4K KVM extender set for the reliable transfer of uncompressed HDMI and USB signals between client and host machines. Now shipping, the MS-210WP extender set includes an ultra-compact wallplate transmitter that slims down the profile of the wallplate solution for installers thanks to using state-of-the-art technology in the product design. MSolutions will publicly debut the solution at InfoComm in June, where the company will exhibit at the Las Vegas Convention Center (Booth W2153) from June 12-14.
The MS-210WP transmitter pairs with a corresponding receiver (the MSR-210U2R) to extend 4K@30 4:4:4 video up to 40 meters (131 feet), HD facilities can extend 1080p video and lower resolutions up to 70m (230 feet), with pass-through of all HDMI audio formats supported. The transmitter provides two USB 2.0 channels for KVM connectivity of USB Type A devices across the link, including USB 2.0 cameras, touch screens, smart boards, hard drives, USB audio devices and peripherals (keyboard, mouse, printers).
MSolutions’ thoughtful engineering provides installers with greater flexibility thanks to a design that reduces the depth of the transmitter to just 33.7mm (1.32 inches). This makes for a cleaner and simpler installation, with more distance between the MS-210WP’s electronics and the electrical infrastructure behind the walls. The transmitter is built into a US one-gang enclosure Decora-style wallplate openings and is available for standard US/EU plate dimensions.
“The low-profile design of the MS-210WP was inspired through conversations with integrators and tech managers who simply wanted a slimmer and lighter solution for meeting and learning spaces,” said Eliran Toren, CEO, MSolutions.
MSolutions continues to aggressively build out its family of signal extension solutions for integrators and tech managers. At InfoComm, the MS-210WP extender set will be shown alongside other recent introductions from MSolutions, including the MS-63U1C USB-C and MS-63U1A USB Type A extenders sets. Both can extend USB 3.2 Gen 1 signals up to 100m (333 feet).
