    Nanolumens Expands Aurora Video Processing Platform with Active Directory Integration and Eye Guard

    Nanolumens has expanded its Aurora video processing platform with new features designed for secure, large-scale IT environments. The update introduces LDAP compatibility for Active Directory systems, allowing organizations to manage user authentication and access permissions through their existing network security infrastructure. This integration simplifies credential management, strengthens security, and supports centralized control across distributed networks such as airports, enterprise campuses, and operations centers.

    The release also adds Eye Guard, a proprietary feature developed to reduce eye fatigue for operators who monitor displays for extended periods. Built exclusively for Nanolumens displays, Aurora continues to evolve as a TAA-compliant, enterprise-ready solution focused on reliability, usability, and administrative control for control rooms, network operations centers, and other mission-critical environments.

    Nanolumens, an industry-leading manufacturer and designer of cutting-edge LED displays and video wall solutions, announces new enhancements to its Aurora video processing platform with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) compatibility for Active Directory-based systems, and the addition of Eye Guard, a proprietary algorithm designed to reduce eye fatigue during extended viewing periods. The latest updates expand Aurora’s capabilities for large networks and highly secure environments where centralized control and operator performance are critical.

    Aurora now integrates with Active Directory infrastructure, enabling organizations to manage user authentication and permissions through existing network security frameworks. The capability allows IT staff and network managers to control access from a centralized directory, simplifying credential management while strengthening system security across large corporations and distributed networks such as airports.

    Eye Guard is designed to support personnel who monitor displays for long durations by helping reduce eye fatigue without compromising visual clarity. The new feature benefits control room operators, managers and systems designers working in environments such as network operations centers and security operations centers where continuous viewing is required.

    SDVoE Alliance to Showcase Command and Control Innovations with Kramer and tt group at ISE 2026

    The SDVoE Alliance will demonstrate how Ethernet-based AV can power modern command and control rooms at ISE 2026, in collaboration with Kramer and tt group. Through two live demos, the Alliance will show how SDVoE technology enables zero-latency video, seamless KVM control, and flexible multi-view workflows over standard 10G networks.

    Kramer’s demo focuses on intuitive KVM roaming and dynamic display control, while tt group showcases a full SDVoE-powered control room solution built for mission-critical environments, including LED wall visualization and cybersecurity protection. Together, the demonstrations highlight SDVoE’s interoperability, reliability, and security for IT-driven AV infrastructures in high-demand control room scenarios.

    The SDVoE Alliance, a nonprofit consortium of technology providers collaborating to standardize the adoption of Ethernet to transport AV signals in professional AV environments, will collaborate with Alliance members Kramer and tt group at ISE 2026. The SDVoE Alliance will feature two live demonstrations in its booth, highlighting SDVoE technology in command and control room applications.

    Kramer will host a command and control demonstration featuring the Kramer and ZeeVee ZyPer4K-XSE platform. The demonstration will showcase seamless KVM roaming across three displays and a dynamic two-by-two multi-view configuration. A single keyboard and mouse will move fluidly between individual screens and multi-view windows, with Hotkeys enabling operators to promote any source to the full-screen home display or instantly reset the system to its default layout.

    tt group will present a complete SDVoE solution designed for mission-critical environments, with a focus on control rooms and collaborative spaces. tt group’s demonstration will feature the T3 touch table, coordinating PCs, bring-your-own-device devices, media players and their display on an LED wall. At the core of the system are the TT-SDVoE-HTRA transceivers, developed in collaboration with Novastar, which combine SDVoE technology with flexible multiviewing on a large LED video wall. The demonstration will highlight the flexibility, reliability and interoperability of SDVoE technology in control room workflows, while emphasizing protection of customer data against cyberattacks through HDSec technology.
