Datapath launches Premium Service package

Premium Service is available for all Datapath VSN and iolite video wall controllers, X-Series multi-display controllers, and WallControl 10 software

Datapath has unveiled aa new Premium Service package for its customers across the world. The new Premium Service further adds to Datapath’s high levels of customer care with extended warranties, fast swap out times, 24-hour technical support and much more.

Premium Service is available for all Datapath VSN and iolite video wall controllers, X-Series multi-display controllers, and WallControl 10 software.

Datapath’s global support team, led by Director of Technical and Customer support, David Spence, has over 50 years’ combined experience in technical support and this latest offering will ensure customers get fast and full support on their Datapath hardware and software products. Service levels will be amongst the most comprehensive in the industry.

David Spence explained: “Here at Datapath, we have an enviable track record for reliability. Indeed, it is one of the key reasons our customers choose Datapath in the first place. However, we accept that, on occasion, issues can arise, and we have introduced this Service Package to bring further reassurance to our customers. A previously configured and working system that goes down, for example, will receive a full fix in no more than 48 hours from diagnosis – and typically much sooner. Warranties can now be extended to a full five years (from three) when customers adopt the premium service package.”
