nsign and BrightSign partner to expand deployment options for digital signage networks

nsign has partnered with BrightSign to give organizations more flexibility when deploying and managing digital signage networks. Through the integration, nsign’s digital signage CMS can now run on selected BrightSign media players, allowing businesses to modernize their signage operations without replacing existing hardware. This is especially beneficial for organizations in retail, hospitality, transportation, QSR and corporate environments that already use BrightSign infrastructure.

The partnership also strengthens nsign’s growth strategy in North America and supports AV integrators with more deployment options for customers. Initially validated on the BrightSign XT1145 and LS445 media players, the integration enables access to nsign’s full feature set, including centralized management, scalability and remote control, while providing a smooth migration path for existing BrightSign users.

nsign, the digital signage SaaS platform built around its core principle of Simplify Complexity, has announced a partnership with BrightSign®, expanding the deployment options available to customers, integrators and channel partners worldwide.

The partnership represents an important milestone in nsign’s international growth strategy, particularly in North America, where BrightSign media players are widely deployed across enterprise digital signage networks in sectors such as retail, quick service restaurants (QSR), hospitality, transportation and corporate communications.

By supporting selected BrightSign media players, nsign can now be deployed on both new and existing BrightSign-based infrastructures, allowing organisations to adopt the platform without replacing previously installed hardware. This provides a practical migration path for companies looking to modernise their digital signage operations while protecting existing technology investments.

For AV integrators and channel partners, the integration expands the range of deployment scenarios available to customers. Many large multi-site organisations already operate BrightSign-based networks and are increasingly looking for CMS platforms that combine ease of use, centralised management, scalability and remote device control.

“North America is a strategic market for nsign, and many of the retailers, restaurant chains and enterprise organisations we engage with already operate BrightSign-based networks,” said Mónica Fernández, Managing Director of nsign. “This partnership removes a significant adoption barrier by allowing those organisations to benefit from nsign without replacing existing BrightSign deployments.”

The collaboration also reinforces nsign’s partner-first growth model. The company works globally through a network of certified AV integrators and technology partners, helping organisations deploy and scale digital signage projects across multiple markets. Supporting BrightSign enables nsign to align more closely with the hardware choices already made by many of those partners and their customers.

From a technical perspective, the integration enables the full nsign feature set to run on selected BrightSign media players. The integration has been tested and validated on the BrightSign XT1145 and LS445 media players, with additional models planned for future certification.

The initial compatibility includes devices from the XT and LS Series. The XT Series is designed for demanding signage applications requiring advanced video, HTML5 and interactive capabilities, while the LS Series addresses essential digital signage requirements, including Full HD and 4K playback, widgets, animations and touchscreen engagement.

“Customers expect their CMS to work with the hardware they already trust,” said Teresa Rojas, Chief Technology & Product Officer at nsign. “By making the full nsign feature set available on selected BrightSign players, we are giving integrators a more flexible way to deploy our CMS across different project sizes, from simple signage networks to more advanced, multi-site environments.”

nsign and BrightSign will present the integration during InfoComm 2026 (June 17–19, Las Vegas Convention Center), where nsign will be meeting with partners, integrators and enterprise organisations to discuss new digital signage deployment opportunities across North America and international markets.
