RICOH Refocuses on the End User at Infocomm 2018

Live Tech Support on Panels and Whiteboard Workspaces

At Infocomm 2018 Tim Albright talked with Paul Foschino of Ricoh about refocusing from just the technology. The company has recognized that as the technology gets more sophisticated, it needs to also become simpler to use. Ricoh has rolled out systems which include built-in live technical support options, one button push brings up a support person stream to help you through the process. The company also has updated their electronic whiteboard systems to include smooth collaboration using IBM’s Watson and Office 360.
