As part of our continued coverage of CEDIA Expo 2021, Tim Albright talks with Infinity Massage Chairs. The company manufactures a wide range of massage items from massage guns to their premium massage chairs.
VP of Retail Sales & Business Development at Infinity Massage Chairs Michael Milone explains how he gets customers to come and try out their chairs on showroom floors. “We want to ask them questions like ‘do you get massages?’ ‘have you ever had massage before?’…those are just some of the benefits you get when sitting in a chair like this,” Milone said.
Most Infinity Massage Chairs are sold for home use, whether it be for a home theater or office. If dealers are looking to sell any of the chairs in their showroom, Milone suggests going with the “good-better-best model”.
“We recommend a good-better-best… just so they can show their customers a little bit of everything. That’s how they get set up as dealers so they can go ahead and pitch to customers,” Milone said.
